General Conditions & Event Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Brussels Throwdown. Please carefully read the following general conditions and event information before registering. By registering for the competition, all athletes agree to the terms listed below.
1. Event Overview
The Brussels Throwdown is a functional fitness competition bringing together athletes from different divisions to compete in a series of workouts designed to test strength, endurance, skill, and determination.
All participants must comply with the competition rules, judging standards, and event schedule provided by the organizers.
2. Refund Policy
All registrations are considered final.
Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances and must be requested via email to the event organizers. If refunds are approved, they may be subject to administrative fees.
The event organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
3. Athlete Substitution Policy
Athlete substitutions may be allowed up to a specified deadline prior to the event.
To request a substitution:
The original athlete must notify the organizers.
The new athlete must meet the requirements of the registered division.
Any applicable administrative fee must be paid before the change is confirmed.
After the substitution deadline, changes will no longer be accepted.
4. Workout Release Dates & Times
Workout details will be released according to the official announcement schedule published by the Brussels Throwdown organizers.

Email communication
The event website
Athletes are responsible for staying informed about all workout releases and updates.
5. Athlete Responsibility
All athletes participate at their own risk and must ensure they are physically capable of completing the workouts safely.
By registering, participants acknowledge that:
They accept the physical risks involved in the competition.
They release the event organizers from liability related to injuries or accidents during the competition.
6. Event Communication
All official event updates will be communicated through:

Official social media channels
Athletes are responsible for checking these channels regularly for updates.
7. Agreement to Terms
By registering for the Brussels Throwdown, athletes confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the conditions listed above.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the competition.
